Una vez terminado nuestro fin de semana en Dallas con el equipo de Reward Style decidimos alquilar un coche y empezar un nuevo viaje por carretera a través de USA. Nuestra primera parada fue Amarillo (Texas) dónde rápidamente nos incorporamos a la vieja Ruta 66 que nos llevaría a cruzar Nuevo México y que nos permitiría conocer la parte norte de este estado y por lo tanto Alburquerque y pueblos como el de Tucumcari, que es el que os enseño en las fotos ya que este motel abandonado, más cursi imposible, nos pareció la ubicación ideal para capturar el look del día.
Tucumcari es una de las cunas de esta famosa ruta, no es más que una larga avenida repleta de moteles, restaurantes, peluquerías y tiendas de souvenirs para los viajeros que cruzan de costa a costa… pero el diseño, los rótulos y el colorido que tienen cada uno de los locales hacen que respires la vieja, y no tan vieja, cultura americana y sientas lo que es viajar por carretera tantas millas. Podría haberme quedado en esta avenida una semana, cambiando de motel para conocerlos todos jeje, y por supuesto haciendo fotos en todas las esquinas… y es que soy muy fan de los rótulos americanos de hecho mi disco duro esta ahora mismo repleto de fotos de este estilo, el pobre Diego estaba harto de parar en cada esquina :P.
Este día hicimos muchas horas de carretera, creo que mi moñito casero me delata jeje, por eso me decanté por llevar vaqueros cortos vintage, camiseta y zapatillas… ¡más cómoda imposible!. Espero que os guste.
Once we finished our weekend in Dallas with the Reward Style team we decided to rent a car and start a new road trip across the US. Our first stop was Amarillo (Texas) where we joined the historic Route 66 that would take us across the north of New Mexico and therefore towns like Albuquerque and Tucumcari, which is the one I teaching you in this pics because this girly motel was the perfect background to show you the outfit of the day.
Tucumcari is a must have stop of this famous route, is nothing more than a long avenue lined with motels, restaurants, hairdressers and souvenir shops for travelers that are crossing the country from coast to coast … but the design, the colorful and sings of each local make you back to the old America. I could have stayed in this avenue one week, sleeping in a different motel each day to know them all and of course taking pictures at every corner …

A mi también me encantan este tipo de sitios, son muy originales y las fotos tienen un rollo único. El look de carretera es sencillo, cómodo y sin perder el toque chic gracias al bolso Drew de Chloe.
