Después de pasar varios días en Bali y con nuestro regreso a casa acercándose Diego y yo decidimos hacer sobre la marcha un pequeño cambio de planes y quedarnos más tiempo en la zona, el viaje hasta allí es largo y estábamos disfrutando tanto que pensamos que era mejor sacarle el máximo partido y aprovechar para visitar otras zonas cercanas como las islas Gili y Lombok.

Lo organizamos todo en el último momento y no pudimos alegrarnos más de hacerlo, confieso que de las islas Gili me esperaba mucho más, de todas formas mi favorita fue Gili Air. Fijamos nuestro centro de operaciones en Gili Trawangan en el hotel Le Pirate Beach Club que os recomiendo al 100%, son pequeñas cabañas azules y blancas a pie de playa, muy básicas pero cómodas, muy bien situadas en una zona tranquila de la isla, a buen precio y con oferta gastronómica deliciosa, podéis ver fotos del hotel al final de la entrada. Desde esta isla nos fue super fácil hacer excursiones y movernos a Gili Meno, Gili Air y Lombok, este último sitio sin duda fue mi favorito, sus playas son auténticos paraísos y además no está tan masificado como Bali por lo que podrás disfrutar de sus playas casi para ti solo y sino me creéis echad un vistazo a estas fotos… estábamos unas 15 personas en esta inmesa playa. En total estuvimos en la zona 5 días haciendo excursiones y snorkel y mereció mucho la pena.

Os recomiendo sin duda que si vais a Bali no dejéis de visitar Lombok y hacer excursiones en barco por las islas Gili. La próxima vez que volvamos nosotros queremos pasar más tiempo en Lombok, centrar nuestra base de operaciones allí y descubrir sus cascadas, playas y la selva, a ver si consigo hacerlo el próximo año porque es un viaje de ensueño.

En las fotos os enseño tres looks con dos vestidos de rayas diferentes y un mono, el primero en blanco y verde botella, combinado con un sombrero de paja que, al terminar el viaje, tuve que dejar en la isla… se aplastó demasiado de tanto trote entre islas jeje. El segundo con los hombros al descubierto en azul marino y blanco que combiné con mochila de paja que compré hace ya varios años en un mercadillo de Ibiza. Y el tercero con un precioso mono, también de rayas jeje, en azul y blanco con espalda descubierta en pico. ¿Con cuál os quedáis?.

After spending several days in Bali and with our return home approaching, Diego and I decided to make a small change of plans and change the flight to can stay longer in the area, the trip until there is long and we were enjoying it so much that we thought it was better make the most of it and take advantage of visiting nearby areas such as Gili and Lombok islands.

We organized everything at the last moment with the We Like Bali help and we couldn’t be more happy to do it, I confess that I expected much more from Gili islands, anyway my favorite was Gili Air. We set our center of operations in Gili Trawangan at the Le Pirate Beach Club hotel which I recommend 100%, are small cabins painted in blue and white on the beach, very basic but comfortable, very well located in a quiet area of ​​the island, good price and delicious gastronomic offer. From this island was very easy to move around between Gili Meno, Gili Air and Lombok, this last place was certainly my favorite, its beaches are authentic paradises and also not as crowded as Bali so you can enjoy its beaches almost for yourself and if you don’t believe me take a look at these pics… we were about 15 people in this immense beach. In total we were in the area for 5 days doing trips and snorkeling and it was amazing!

I recommend you that if you go to Bali do not miss visiting Lombok and take boat trips around the Gili Islands. The next time we will be back we want to spend more time in Lombok, to focus our operations base there and to discover its waterfalls, beaches and the jungle, let’s see if I can do it next year.

In the photos I show you two outfits with two different striped dresses, the first one in white and dark green, combined with a straw hat that, at the end of the trip, I had to leave on the island … it was crushed too much between our islands trips jeje. The second one with off the shoulders dress in navy blue and white that I combined with a straw backpack that I bought several years ago in a flea market of Ibiza. Which one do you prefer?

Hola chicas!! Perdonad por la ausencia de post la semana pasada, con el viajecin a Mexico no he tenido tiempo de actualizar en condiciones ;).

Sigo intentando ponerme al día con fotos antiguas de Bali que me apetece compartir con vosotras ;), aún tengo muchas pendientes así que a ver si lo consigo, parece que siempre os digo lo mismo pero esta vez lo prometo de verdad jeje! Estas las hicimos una de las tardes en el hotel Como Shambala, el personal nos propuso disfrutar de un picnic en una de sus casas árbol en los alrededores y nos pareció un planazo pero os confieso que estuvimos un poco inquietos (yo sobretodo) porque en la zona había muchísimos monos, subían sobre todo a última hora de la tarde a ver si conseguían algo de comida, y nosotros teníamos un delicioso buffet de frutas… lo cierto es que estuvimos super tranquilos hasta los últimos 10 minutos, estábamos terminando de comer y Diego me estaba haciendo unas fotos, miré a la izquierda y vi una familia de monos completa, unos 12 mirándonos fijamente y acercándose hacia nuestros plátanos sigilosamente :S. No soy fan de los monos, no son de fiar jaja, así que decidimos recoger todo y salir pitando a nuestra cabaña.  Lo más gracioso es que nos siguieron hasta ella y estuvieron rodeándola hasta que se cansaron y se fueron de vuelta al río donde están normalmente, sino recuerdo mal creo que os grabé ese momento a través de “stories” de Instagram :S.

Esto me recuerda que tengo que ponerme las pilas y hacer más videos, muchas me habéis pedido que haga Youtube y os prometo que estoy en ello, pero me cuesta muchísimo… no sé si es lo mío y no quiero hacer nada que no me guste al 100%. De todas formas hemos grabado varios videos en Los Ángeles, estoy intentando terminar de editarlos a ver si me gusta el resultado para publicarlos, pero me gustaría que me dijerais que os gustaría ver si me hiciera un canal en Youtube, ya sabéis que aprecio muchísimo todas vuestras sugerencias ;).

En cuanto al look llevaba un pantalón de rayas azul y blanco combinado con una blusa blanca de manga corta de Faithfull y mis sandalias favoritas de este verano de Nomadic State of Mind. ¿Os gusta?

Hi folks!! First of all sorry for the lack of post last week, with the travel to Mexico with Revolve was so hard to update the blog on time! I’m still trying to catch up with old photos from Bali that I really want to share with you;), I’ve so many so let’s see if I can show you all during the next days, it seems I’m always saying the same thing but this time I promise I will!

We took these pics around the Como Shambala hotel, the staff suggested us to enjoy a picnic in one of their tree houses in the surrounding area and we thought was a fantastic idea but I have to confess that we were nervous because in the area there was so many monkeys and we had a delicious fruit buffet … the truth is that we were super quiet until the last 10 minutes, we were finishing eating and Diego was taking me a few pics, I looked to the left and saw a whole family of monkeys, about 12 staring at us and approaching our bananas stealthily: S. I’m not a fan of monkeys, the aren’t trustworthy, so we decided to pick everything up and go back to our cabin. The funny thing is that they followed us to it and they were surrounding it until they got tired and they were back to the river, I think I recorded that moment through Instagram’s stories : S.

This reminds me that I have to do more videos, many of you have asked me to do a YouTube channel and I promise that I’m on it, but it costs me a lot … I do not know if it is my thing and I don’t want to do anything that I don’t like at 100%. Anyway we have recorded several videos in Los Angeles, I am trying to finish editing them to see if I like the result to publish them, but I would like to know what kind of videos you would to see on my YouTube, you know that I appreciate very much all your suggestions;).

About the look I was wearing blue-and-white striped trousers combined with a white short-sleeved blouse from Faithfull and my favorite sandals this summer from Nomadic State of Mind. Do you like it?
