Ayer viví un día mágico en Nueva York gracias a Polo Ralph Lauren, que contó conmigo para hacerme partícipe del espíritu de la firma durante la NYFW. Empecé el día bien temprano, con el jet lag ya sabéis que te despiertas a las 6.00 am sin quererlo, me vestí con mis prendas favoritas de la colección primavera-verano de Polo y me fui corriendo a desayunar a “Ralph’s Coffee”, la encantadora cafetería que la firma tiene situada en la tercera planta de la única tienda exclusiva “Polo” que existe por el momento en el mundo (711 5th Avenue). Con la dosis de cafeína que necesitaba y con la cámara de fotos lista para capturar todo, me dirigí a sus oficinas de Madison Avenue para ver la presentación de su nueva colección otoño-invierno ’15-16 que compartiré con vosotras esta tarde, os van a encantar sus propuestas ^_^.
Cuando salimos de la presentación hicimos estas fotos, ¡cómo no! al lado de un “school bus”, ya sabéis lo que me gustan… me llevaría uno de souvenir a Madrid :P. Llevó cazadora de piel y ante de flecos, me enamoré de ella nada más verla, combinada con falda larga de encaje, jersey rojo para aportar una nota de color y leotardos grises térmicos para compensar que iba con sandalias ;S. Por la tarde aproveché para descansar un poco en el apartamento antes de prepararme para la gran cena que teníamos en “Polo Bar” con el equipo de Polo Ralph Lauren, incluidos Ralph y David Lauren ^_^, amigos de la firma como Olivia Palermo o Emma Roberts y compañeras influencers. Toda una experiencia que recordaré siempre. Desde aquí quiero dar las gracias a la marca por contar conmigo y en especial a Adriana y a April ;).
Yesterday I had a magical day in New York, thanks to Polo Ralph Lauren, which invited me to experience their spirit during NYFW. I started the day very early, you know that with jet lag you wake up at 6.00 am without even wanting it. I got dressed in my favorite clothes from Polo’s Spring-Summer collection and I ran to have breakfast at “Ralph’s Coffee”, the lovely cafeteria that they have on the 3rd floor of the only exclusive “Polo” store that exists in the world at the moment (711 5th Avenue). With a much needed doses of caffeine and the camera ready to capture everything, I went to their offices on Madison Avenue to see the presentation of their new collection autumn-winter ’15 -16, which I will share with you this evening. I am sure you will love everything.
After the presentation, we took these pictures, of course, next to a school bus, you know how much I love them, I would take one as a souvenir to Madrid :P. I’m wearing a leather and suede jacket with fringes combined with a long lace skirt and red sweater to bring some color to the look; and grey thermal tights to be warm with the sandals ;) . Then I had some time to relax a bit at the apartment, before getting ready for the big dinner we had in the “Polo Bar”, where we joined Polo Ralph Lauren’s team, including Ralph and David Lauren ^_^, friends from the company as Olivia Palermo and Emma Roberts and other fashion influencers. It definitely was an experience I will always remember. I want to thank the brand for inviting me to these events and give a special thank to Adriana and April ;)
