Hoy comparto con vosotros dos looks de la mano de Levi’s con un tejido en común que, como no podía ser de otra manera, es el vaquero. Y es que al hablar de prendas vaqueras es inevitable no pensar en esta marca californiana, la reina en este campo y que parece que lo seguirá siendo durante mucho tiempo gracias a que, colección tras colección, innova con nuevos modelos, ofreciendo una amplia gama de lavados y cortes para que la búsqueda de ese soñado “vaquero perfecto” sea un poco más sencilla.

Gracias a Levi’s he tenido la suerte de poder enfundarme en dos de sus nuevos modelos de jeans para esta temporada, los 505C y los 711. El primero inspirado en el modelo original de los años ’70, con ese toque vintage que tan de moda está en las últimas temporadas y que tanto costaba encontrar hasta la fecha. Esos que quedan a la cintura, son ajustados en el muslo pero que mantienen la pernera recta. El segundo con el corte rey durante muchas temporadas, el pitillo, con tejido elástico que favorece, estiliza y alarga más la figura. ¿Cuál os gusta más? Yo creo que me quedo con los primeros… quizás sea porque he llevado el pitillo durante mucho más tiempo :P.

Today I share with you two Levi’s outfits with a fabric in common, naturally, the denim. When we talking about denim is impossible not to think of this Californian brand, queen in this field and it looks like it will remain for a long time thanks to, collection after collection, they innovates with new models, offering a wide range of washes and cuts to make easier the search of “the perfect pair of jeans”.

Thanks to Levi’s I’ve had the good fortune to try on two of its new models of jeans for this season, the 505C and 711. The first one is inspired by the original model of the 70s, with that vintage feel so fashionable in recent seasons and struggled to find so far. Those that sits at waist, are slim through thigh but maintain the straight leg. The second one with the king of the cuts for many seasons, the skinny model, with elastic fabric that flatter and hold your shape. Which one do you prefer? I think I’ll stick with the first … maybe it’s because I’ve wore the skinny for much longer: P.

Una ciudad, Londres. Un par de vaqueros, el modelo 711 de Levi’s. Dos looks, uno para el día y otro para la noche. La misión, poner a prueba la versatilidad de los vaqueros de sobra conocida por todas. Para lograrla aproveché que estaba en una de mis ciudades favoritas de Europa para fotografiar y crear dos looks del día en base al modelo 711, pitillo y a la cintura. Una pieza que no puede faltar en tu maleta de escapadas. El primero, para pasear por Chinatown, desayunar y salir rumbo hacia los primeros desfiles del día, los combiné con una camiseta básica gris, gabardina XXL, bolso vintage y zapatos rojos de tacón medio. El segundo, para salir a cenar con amigas, con camiseta con bordados florales, blazer metalizada y sandalias acordonadas consiguiendo así elevar el estilismo. ¿Con cuál os quedáis?

A city: London. A pair of jeans: Levi’s 711 skinny. My schedule for the day was so packed that I needed pieces that could easily (and stylishly) take me from day to night. My 711 jeans were the perfect transitional piece that allowed me to travel light and still create versatile looks. For my daytime look, I styled a casual outfit for breakfast in the city before heading out to the first runway shows during London Fashion Week. I paired the jeans with a gray tee and topped the look off with an oversize trench coat. For that final touch, I accessorized with a vintage bag and a red block heeled sandals. This was perfect for my walk through the city and easy to put together. For my nighttime look, I paired the jeans with an embroidered tank, metallic blazer and tie up sandals. The richness of these pieces paired with jeans elevated the outfit to make it feel nighttime-appropriate.
